TJ Hartman with Silva Motorsports - UPDATE - A Brilliant Move!

Knoxville, IA - August 14, 2009...

Shane Stewart drove the Silva Motorsports sprint car to the top of the world, well actually the top of turn 4, on the final lap of the DDNi Knoxville World Challenge to capture 2nd place!  Shane started the race in the 13th position and slowly picked his way to the front.  When the white flag waved he was in 4th place, but when he came out of turn 4 headed for the checkered he made a brilliant move to the top of the track and passed Kerry Madsen and Terry McCarl in one move.

In TJ's words:  "It was awesome to watch.  Paul made a little change right before Shane went out and the car looked great.  It was fun to watch Shane pick up all of those positions.  Paul was jumping up and down and getting excited.  He hurt my back, he was slapping me so hard!  I think we're in really good shape for tomorrow if we give Shane another car like that.  Tonight the car went forward and we didn't have hardly any tire wear.  I can't wait for Saturday."

The Silva Motorsports team winds up the week tomorrow with the final night of the Knoxville Nationals.  Best of luck to everyone in Knoxville!  The race will be televised Live tomorrow night on Speed TV, or you can tune in on the Internet at:  www.Hoseheadsradio.com

Tune in and cheer on TJ's adopted team - Shane Stewart and Silva Motorsports!

Next scheduled stop - Knoxville Nationals A-Main!
