TJ Hartman with Silva Motorsports - UPDATE - You better have all 8!

Belleville, KS - July 30, 2009...

A night that stared out with a heat race win at the famed Belleville High Banks ended before the first lap of the main event had concluded.  The Silva Motorsports Team, with driver Shane Stewart aboard, suffered a damaged injector line on the opening lap that ended the evening early.  The USAC National Midgets are in Belleville this week - an extra treat for TJ as he sees some of the history he has so far only been able to read about - or play video games on!

In TJ's words:  "When they say this place is 'Bad Fast', they're not kidding.  It is UNBELIEVABLE!  It's just amazing how fast they are going.   Shane won our heat race, but a rock or something broke an injector line on the first lap of the main so we were done for the night.  This place is so big, you gotta have all 8(cylinders)!"

The third night of the All Stars Thunder Through the Plains at Thunderhill Speedway in Mayette, Kansas has been canceled and moved to the Belleville High Banks.  The Silva Motorsports team is planning to skip the second night at Belleville, and focus on the two day event at Husets Speedway in South Dakota this Saturday and Sunday before heading to Knoxville, Iowa.

Next scheduled stop - Pick and Choose!
